Last spring/early summer, James and his team did a great job leveling our yard, updating our sprinkler layout and creating a brick paved patio for us in our backyard. However because the project finished in early summer we never really needed our sprinklers until the fall. When we turned them on we noticed a geyser coming up between the bricks near one of the sprinklers. Rather than ruin the good work James and crew had done by trying to repair it ourselves, I called James to see if he could have someone come out to fix it and despite several conversations via phone email and text, now almost 6 months later I still can't use my sprinklers without further damaging my patio. Very disappointed in the follow through after such a good initial experience.
